1 Introduction

Welcome to Solts. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and Solts ("we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at solts.cam and all associated pages, content and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.

Solts is an English-language online gaming information resource. It is not a gambling operator, does not accept wagers or bets, does not process deposits or withdrawals, and does not hold player funds. All content published on this Platform is intended solely for informational and educational purposes.

2 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

3 Scope of Service

• Processing, holding or transmitting of funds, deposits or withdrawals on behalf of any User;

• Account registration, login or player management functions for any gambling platform;
• Endorsement, affiliation or formal partnership with any payment provider, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah. References to such providers are contextual only.

Any decision to register with, deposit funds into or otherwise engage with a third-party Operator is made entirely at the User's own risk and discretion. Solts has no responsibility for any Operator's conduct, terms, platform availability or financial stability.

4 User Eligibility

Access to the Platform is permitted only for individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of access:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the gambling laws of your jurisdiction. If an Operator's licence jurisdiction sets a higher minimum age, that higher minimum applies.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Lawful access: Your access to and use of the Platform must not violate any Applicable Law, including any local prohibition on accessing gambling-related information.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. Solts reserves the right to restrict access to the Platform for Users in jurisdictions where such access is prohibited or restricted by law, without notice.

5 Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Solts grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only.

Permitted uses of the Platform include:

• Reading, browsing and referencing Content for personal informational purposes;
• Sharing links to specific pages of the Platform on personal social media or messaging platforms, provided no Content is misrepresented;
• Printing or saving individual pages for personal, non-commercial reference.

This licence does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, frame, scrape, index separately, sub-license or commercially exploit any Content, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Solts.

6 Prohibited Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Applicable Law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers or any connected systems;
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers or similar technologies to extract, copy or index Content without prior written authorisation;
• Introduce, transmit or distribute any virus, malware, spyware or other harmful code through or to the Platform;
• Impersonate Solts, its staff or any other person or entity in connection with the Platform;
• Attempt to interfere with the availability or performance of the Platform for other Users;
• Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices on the Platform;
• Use Content from the Platform to create derivative works intended for commercial gain without written authorisation.

Solts reserves the right to restrict, suspend or permanently block access to any User who breaches this clause, without prior notice and without liability.

7 Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, articles, guides, reviews, images, graphics, page layouts, data compilations and the Solts brand name and logo — is the intellectual property of Solts or is used under licence. All rights are reserved.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any intellectual property rights to any User. The limited licence granted in Clause 5 above is the full extent of rights granted to Users in relation to Platform Content.

If you believe that any Content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us using the details set out in Clause 15 below.

8 Disclaimers

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, Solts expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind — whether express, implied or statutory — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In particular, Solts makes no warranty or representation that:

• Any Content is accurate, complete, current or free from error at any given time;
• Bonus terms, wagering requirements, RTP figures or other Operator-specific information described in Content reflects current Operator conditions;
• Any PKR amounts or illustrative figures cited in Content are binding, guaranteed or achievable by any User;
• The Platform will be available without interruption, error or delay;
• The Platform is free from viruses, malware or other harmful components, although reasonable precautions are taken.

Content referencing PSL cricket, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sporting events is provided for informational context only. Solts does not endorse betting on any such events and does not guarantee the accuracy of any odds-related information described.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, Solts, its directors, employees, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Content;
• Any decision made in reliance on Content published on the Platform;
• Any gambling activity undertaken following review of Content on the Platform;
• Financial losses, including losses expressed in PKR or any other currency, arising from decisions informed by Platform Content;
• Unauthorised access to, or alteration of, your data in connection with the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any Content.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, Solts's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to access the Platform (which in most cases will be zero, as the Platform is provided free of charge); or (b) the minimum amount required by Applicable Law.

10 Third-Party References

Content on the Platform may reference third-party operators, payment service providers, sports leagues, tournament organisers and other entities. All such references are made for informational and contextual purposes only.

References to payment providers — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are made solely as familiar Pakistani payment context. They do not imply endorsement, affiliation, partnership or gambling support by those providers. Solts has no commercial relationship with any named payment provider.

References to cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football and other sports are made for contextual relevance to Pakistani users and do not constitute endorsement of or affiliation with any league, governing body or team.

Solts does not control the content, policies or practices of any third-party Operator described on the Platform. Users engage with any Operator entirely at their own risk and subject to that Operator's own terms and conditions.

11 Gambling & Legal Notice

Pakistan has significant legal restrictions on gambling activities. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable federal and provincial legislation may prohibit or restrict online gambling for Pakistani residents. Solts does not claim that any gambling activity described on this Platform is legal, licensed or approved by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial or municipal authority.

13 Changes to Terms

Solts reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform after any revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. Material changes that significantly affect User rights will be noted prominently on this page for a reasonable period following the update.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Solts makes no representation that the Platform or its Content is appropriate, lawful or available for use in all jurisdictions.

Users are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable in their own jurisdiction. Where any clause or provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
